We have taken great care to ensure that the Items on our website are presented as accurately as possible. However colour clarity will depend upon your own personal monitor and we therefore cannot guarantee that the colour of the actual Item is absolutely accurate. Before placing an order please read through these Terms.

PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in AUD unless the online currency converter is activated , please check before proceeding to final checkout that you have made the appropriate currency conversion in accordance with your region.
We accept payment through numerous gateways including: Afterpay, PayPal and secure credit card payments through PayPal (Amex, Mastercard, Visa).
We continue to update our payment options to remain relevant and offer as much variety as possible.
RETURNS; REPLACEMENT OR REFUND
Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, please read our return policy carefully to ensure you can proceed with your request as quickly as possible.

At no instance do we exchange, replace or refund items due to ‘change of mind’.
If your items have arrived and you believe a flaw/fault or damage has occurred you are required to contact us within 3 days to discuss.
No items are accepted to be returned if they have been worn, used or do not contain all the original Packaging & Designs tags.
A Sizing Chart is available on all product pages, please ensure you check the sizing before you place your order, please contact us with any sizing queries before you place your order.
As we are a bespoke handmade / Made to Order Ethically Slow Fashion Label we will endeavour to ship all items within 1 week from order placement to allow for production time.
We will do our best to make your order in a timely manner but should there be a delay we will email you and keep you informed on the process until a tracking number is provided by us via email. Please refer to our Shipping information for the full terms and conditions of wait times, shipping company used and if your item is taking longer than expected.
Delivery to countries that may be subject to local import taxes will be your responsibility (where applicable). If so, the shipping company will contact you by telephone once your Items are in customs to let you know the cost.
Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.

The risk for the goods shall pass to the purchaser on the delivery of the goods
All claims on faulty goods must be made within 24 hrs of receipt of goods
In the event of any claim whatsoever the seller liability is restricted to the price invoiced only.
